Who AM I

Welcome to SierraFit! My journey in health and fitness began at the age of eight and has evolved into a lifelong passion for martial arts and boxing. With a rich competitive background in various combat sports—including boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu—I’ve cultivated a unique blend of skills and experiences that I’m eager to share.

Training under the guidance of my father, a former Golden Gloves competitor, I stepped into my first boxing gym at just 11 years old. My dedication led me to my first competitive bout at 16, where I secured a victory via TKO. Throughout my teenage years, I balanced boxing and wrestling, laying a strong foundation for my athletic journey.

After high school, my fascination with weight training and nutrition propelled me to become a certified personal trainer through ISSA and NASM. This certification opened doors to work with diverse clientele while reigniting my passion for combat sports. I immersed myself in NHB training and competed in amateur MMA and Muay Thai, gaining invaluable experiences along the way.

By my early thirties, I transitioned into coaching, fueled by a desire to help others achieve their fitness goals. I furthered my education with a degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition, adding specialized certifications in corrective exercise, group fitness, sports nutrition, and strength and conditioning.

In January 2020, I founded SierraFit LLC, operating from my home gym in Brick, NJ. My passion lies in coaching boxing, where I offer specialized training programs tailored to help clients refine their skills and achieve their boxing goals. As a coach and an active competitor in the masters boxing division at 40 years old, I understand the dedication and drive needed to excel in the sport. Whether you're aiming to enhance your technique, prepare for competition, or simply improve your fitness through boxing, SierraFit is committed to guiding you every step of the way. Join me on this transformative journey, and let’s reach your goals together!
